Second Chance For Life, Inc. (also referred to as “SCFL “the Organization”

The organization purpose is to seek out and aid homeless and low-income adults by developing owning managing and making available transitional and permanent housing while providing education counseling and job training services for all homeless and low income adults and families who wish to retransition themselves back into society as supporting citizens in the community again. Secondly the corporation seeks to help alleviate eye sores in the community along with burdens to prevent community deterioration on properties that aren't being used. 

For Life will fight to end homelessness in New Jersey by providing 24 hour a day access to housing and
support services.

SCFL will help them get their lives back on track so they can
become functional human beings  to themselves first and then  in their communities and society again.

All services will be tailored
to the individual’s needs some on site and off site  such as including counseling, case management, drug and alcohol treatment, job and skill training, cognitive therapy, and wellness programs.

Second Chance For Life Long term vision is to initially  Own, Manage, rent, residential properties  commercial properties, multi-family properties in the state of New Jersey and where abandon properties may be througout the country. 

We  will be monitored by the Department of Community Affairs, The Human Health Department, SAMASH, and the

Natiional Homeless Organization .

Because There is a  substantial need here in  Monmouth and Ocean County due to the lack of housing and not enough of housing shelters in New Jersey and the country. According to the United States Department Of Housing and Urban Develpoment (HUD) on a  single night in 2023 roughly 653,100 experience homelessness which is a 12% from2022. With at said, New Jersey's   Point in Time count  also reports  as of Jan 2024  is 10,267 .   Therefore the problem still remains dire and needs to have the attteiions and actions not just talks.

SCFL will work with a variety of organizations like the
Veterans Administration, National Alliance for the Homeless, and Catholic Charities to get referrals and
form strategic partnerships with the Mental illness organization.

The Organization eventually plans to build at least 10  facilities across New Jersey, ranging from larger apartment complexes to smaller houses, to help make a major positive
impact on homelessness in the state.

Second Chance For Life has developed a marketing strategy intended to promote the Organization’s
mission and goals to veterans and homeless individuals,  families, and the low-income and adults 18 aging out of the system of foster care.  Second Chance For
Life specifically will emphasize its dedication to serving veterans by providing them housing, as well as educational 
classes and programs to help improve their lives.

The Organization will also highlight its mission to
helping restore and contribute to the community by purchasing and renovating properties by implementing and developing such businesses such as our Empowering Centers,  laundromat, catering services, counsoling services , with  communties activities such as Roller Saking, Bowling, and educational tutoring  like after school work shops that willhelp with the development and strength  of the community mindset for a positive new direction.  

SCFL will promote these aspects of its business by using a comprehensive marketing strategy.
The Organization will promote its message to donors by networking, hosting fundraising events, and
grant writing. Second Chance For Life will reach veterans and homeless individuals who may need
their help through referrals from other charitable organizations and Internet marketing. The
Organization believes that this strategy will quickly help the business build brand awareness in the
community.
Edward Crum will direct the Organization on a daily basis along with  a  Board of  professionals  who are also experienced , skilled and  committed advocates   to SCFL's Purpose and vision.  The duties of the board is to oversee the Exexutive Directors along with meeting twice a month depending on everyone's schedules.

Addition, to being overseers, they will also be evolved in the important factors f who shall be accepted in ourhome.
